Fast, Friendly, and Efficient!
I cannot say enough good things about Bronze Star Moving and Storage! The crew was so friendly and made what is usually a stressful day feel manageable and even fun. They worked quickly but never cut corners, making sure that all my fragile items were wrapped and packed securely. The team also went above and beyond by helping me move a few heavy items to my storage unit that weren’t even part of the original plan. It was such a relief knowing that my stuff was in good hands. If you’re looking for a reliable, hardworking team, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. They made moving day a total breeze!

I found Bronze Star Moving and Storage on BBB along with a few other moving companies and decided to move forward with Bronze Star Moving and Storage based on their reviews and how responsive they were when I was trying to figure out my move from Florida to Las Vegas. They gave me a very great price and made the process so smooth and easy. We scheduled a date for the move and they came and packed up our house and came to our new house in Las Vegas the next day to unload. They were very careful with all of our furniture and did such a great job packing & unpacking everything. I’m very happy with the service and will recommend them to anyone who is moving. Our experience with Bronze Star Moving and Storage was remarkable. It was our first experience with them and we weren’t too sure about it since we’d hired their movers for a commercial move. Fortunately, they were well-trained at handling relocations of any kind and did a fantastic job at packing and delivering everything. They quoted us a fair rate too. Recommend them!

If I could do zero star I would!
Do your homework and hire directly (also do a search on yelp for the real reviews). Bronze Star Moving is a broker and will not honor anything after a mover is assigned to you. Any “binding” estimates or quotes are worthless as they will not honor them and will tell you to work directly with the assigned mover. A large majority of their reviews on google are AI or Posted by Employees. Take a minute to look at names and common phrases over and over. Also, most of the 5 star reviews are from reviewers who only have one review! Specifics to my move: • I was quoted a certain price, but when the movers arrived, they demanded an additional $10,000 because Bronze Star didn’t estimate correctly. At this point, I was in a bind, and they knew it. • Bronze Star offered no assistance and did not honor their word. They even called and threatened me. • They didn’t honor their contract, I was overcharged, and did not receive the services rendered. They were caught trying to use pictures to document services that were not provided. • Bronze Star will threaten you and lie to you. Read the contract and find someone who actually honors their words. • Additionally, they contacted my place of employment (which was not a party to this contract) in an attempt to bully me since I had filed a claim on the credit.

Excellent experience!
Excellent experience and service. The office manager, Jillian, is very courteous and extremely pleasant to deal with. The crew was prompt, quick, and professional. One of the easiest moves I’ve ever made—would recommend to someone looking for moving services in the FL area!

It went extremely well.
It went extremely well. The movers took extra precautions to make sure none of our high-end furniture was damaged and made sure that everything was to our liking. At the end they wanted us to walk through and make sure that everything got done and that we didn’t forget anything so all in all it was probably one of the best moving experiences I’ve ever had!

Five stars without hesitation!
I was genuinely nervous about my move from Boston to Miami, but Bronze Star Moving and Storage made the entire process shockingly easy. From the moment the crew arrived 15 minutes early, might I add they worked like a well-oiled machine. They carefully wrapped every piece of furniture, even taking apart and reassembling my complicated IKEA bed frame without a single issue. What impressed me most was how they handled my grandmother's china set not a single piece was broken! The pricing was exactly as quoted, and they finished loading my 2-bedroom apartment in just 5 hours. The delivery was perfectly on schedule, and the same professional crew unloaded everything with the same care they'd shown during packing. They even helped me position heavy furniture exactly where I wanted it. The only very minor complaint is that one box was slightly dented (though contents were fine), but given how many items they moved flawlessly, this was negligible. For anyone hesitating about hiring professional movers, I can't recommend Bronze Star Moving and Storage enough they turned what I expected to be a nightmare into a completely stress-free experience. Five stars without hesitation!

Best Movers I’ve Ever Hired!
I’ve moved several times over the years, and this was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. From the initial booking to the actual moving day, everything was seamless. The team showed up on time, introduced themselves, and got straight to work. They packed my belongings with extreme care, making sure everything was properly secured. What really stood out was how efficiently they worked—without compromising on safety. They even managed to get my bulky couch up a tight staircase without a scratch! Not only were they professional, but they were also friendly and easy to talk to. If you need a moving company that truly cares about your belongings, this is the one to hire!
