Our experience with Bronze Star Moving and Storage was remarkable. It was our first experience with them and we weren’t too sure about it since we’d hired their movers for a commercial move. Fortunately, they were well-trained at handling relocations of any kind and did a fantastic job at packing and delivering everything. They quoted us a fair rate too. Recommend them!

Excellent experience!
Excellent experience and service. The office manager, Jillian, is very courteous and extremely pleasant to deal with. The crew was prompt, quick, and professional. One of the easiest moves I’ve ever made—would recommend to someone looking for moving services in the FL area!

Zero response to emails, given the runaround when calling
Believe the negative reviews regarding poor communication with Bronze Star (this site and others). I sent an email requesting a refund nearly two weeks ago to both their billing email and my coordinator and haven't gotten a response at all. I called last week and was told I would hear from them today (apparently billing only works the first and last Tuesday of the month- eye roll). So, nearly the end of the day and I hadn't heard anything- so I call again- now they say billing only works the last Tuesday and Thursday of the month- which means they would have been working when I sent the original email... when I mentioned I was told something different, I just got the runaround and was told over and over after every question that "billing will respond when they can"- oh and also they only communicate by email. So who actually knows when billing works? In any case, I recognize that I am outside of the refund window with my request, but common courtesy and good business practice should prevail if this were a decent company and at least respond to me. In addition, I had a floating/ unknown move date a couple months from now- so zero work other than providing my quote has been done toward this move (which is actually no longer happening since we de decided to sell all our belongings due to unfortunate circumstance) a good business would also look at a refund request situation based on the individual circumstances and I would hope would refund our money in this case. However it remains to be seen if this mysterious billing department will actually respond.

From booking to unloading, everything was flawless. The team was courteous, hardworking, and handled my antiques with extreme care. Moving is never fun, but Bronze Moving made it enjoyable. A+ service!

If I could do zero star I would!
Do your homework and hire directly (also do a search on yelp for the real reviews). Bronze Star Moving is a broker and will not honor anything after a mover is assigned to you. Any “binding” estimates or quotes are worthless as they will not honor them and will tell you to work directly with the assigned mover. A large majority of their reviews on google are AI or Posted by Employees. Take a minute to look at names and common phrases over and over. Also, most of the 5 star reviews are from reviewers who only have one review! Specifics to my move: • I was quoted a certain price, but when the movers arrived, they demanded an additional $10,000 because Bronze Star didn’t estimate correctly. At this point, I was in a bind, and they knew it. • Bronze Star offered no assistance and did not honor their word. They even called and threatened me. • They didn’t honor their contract, I was overcharged, and did not receive the services rendered. They were caught trying to use pictures to document services that were not provided. • Bronze Star will threaten you and lie to you. Read the contract and find someone who actually honors their words. • Additionally, they contacted my place of employment (which was not a party to this contract) in an attempt to bully me since I had filed a claim on the credit.

I had a terrific experience with Bronze Star Moving and Storage! The booking process was quick and easy, and the entire move was smooth, seamless, and stress-free. Fast, Friendly, and Efficient!
I cannot say enough good things about Bronze Star Moving and Storage! The crew was so friendly and made what is usually a stressful day feel manageable and even fun. They worked quickly but never cut corners, making sure that all my fragile items were wrapped and packed securely. The team also went above and beyond by helping me move a few heavy items to my storage unit that weren’t even part of the original plan. It was such a relief knowing that my stuff was in good hands. Best Movers I’ve Ever Hired!
I’ve moved several times over the years, and this was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. From the initial booking to the actual moving day, everything was seamless. The team showed up on time, introduced themselves, and got straight to work. They packed my belongings with extreme care, making sure everything was properly secured. What really stood out was how efficiently they worked—without compromising on safety. They even managed to get my bulky couch up a tight staircase without a scratch! Not only were they professional, but they were also friendly and easy to talk to. If you need a moving company that truly cares about your belongings, this is the one to hire!

The crew was professional, friendly, and organized, which made the day go smoothly. They even helped me assemble my bed at the new place. No hidden charges, and they kept me updated at every step. Highly Recommended!!
I used the moving and storage space for my move on 8/5/25. These guys were awesome! Very friendly and organized. Louis, Dangelo, and Frank were awesome. I really can't say enough good things about these guys. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.
