Read More I was genuinely nervous about my move from Boston to Miami, but Bronze Star Moving and Storage made the entire process shockingly easy. From the moment the crew arrived 15 minutes early, might I add they worked like a well-oiled machine. They carefully wrapped every piece of furniture, even taking apart and reassembling my complicated IKEA bed frame without a single issue. What impressed me most was how they handled my grandmother's china set not a single piece was broken! The pricing was exactly as quoted, and they finished loading my 2-bedroom apartment in just 5 hours. The delivery was perfectly on schedule, and the same professional crew unloaded everything with the same care they'd shown during packing. They even helped me position heavy furniture exactly where I wanted it. The only very minor complaint is that one box was slightly dented (though contents were fine), but given how many items they moved flawlessly, this was negligible. For anyone hesitating about hiring professional movers, I can't recommend Bronze Star Moving and Storage enough they turned what I expected to be a nightmare into a completely stress-free experience.
