It went extremely well.
It went extremely well. The movers took extra precautions to make sure none of our high-end furniture was damaged and made sure that everything was to our liking. At the end they wanted us to walk through and make sure that everything got done and that we didn’t forget anything so all in all it was probably one of the best moving experiences I’ve ever had!

Highly Recommended!!
I used the moving and storage space for my move on 8/5/25. These guys were awesome! Very friendly and organized. Louis, Dangelo, and Frank were awesome. I really can't say enough good things about these guys. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

10 Stars!!
Bronze Star Moving and Storage did a fantastic job moving us from Texas to North Carolina. The crew was very professional and also friendly. They spent extra time prepping my house on both ends to protect the floors, doors and banisters. Bronze Star Moving and Storage did a full pack for us and everything arrived in good condition and properly labeled. Not only did the truck arrive right on schedule but the total cost was $3k less than the estimate. Customer service was also fantastic. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Excellent experience!
Excellent experience and service. The office manager, Jillian, is very courteous and extremely pleasant to deal with. The crew was prompt, quick, and professional. One of the easiest moves I’ve ever made—would recommend to someone looking for moving services in the FL area!

Recommend them!
Our experience with Bronze Star Moving and Storage was remarkable. It was our first experience with them and we weren’t too sure about it since we’d hired their movers for a commercial move. Fortunately, they were well-trained at handling relocations of any kind and did a fantastic job at packing and delivering everything. They quoted us a fair rate too. Recommend them!

From booking to unloading, everything was flawless. The team was courteous, hardworking, and handled my antiques with extreme care. Moving is never fun, but Bronze Moving made it enjoyable. A+ service!

If I could do zero star I would!
Do your homework and hire directly (also do a search on yelp for the real reviews). Bronze Star Moving is a broker and will not honor anything after a mover is assigned to you. Any “binding” estimates or quotes are worthless as they will not honor them and will tell you to work directly with the assigned mover. A large majority of their reviews on google are AI or Posted by Employees. Take a minute to look at names and common phrases over and over. Also, most of the 5 star reviews are from reviewers who only have one review! Specifics to my move: • I was quoted a certain price, but when the movers arrived, they demanded an additional $10,000 because Bronze Star didn’t estimate correctly. At this point, I was in a bind, and they knew it. • Bronze Star offered no assistance and did not honor their word. They even called and threatened me. • They didn’t honor their contract, I was overcharged, and did not receive the services rendered. They were caught trying to use pictures to document services that were not provided. • Bronze Star will threaten you and lie to you. Read the contract and find someone who actually honors their words. • Additionally, they contacted my place of employment (which was not a party to this contract) in an attempt to bully me since I had filed a claim on the credit.

Professional Team!!
Hired Bronze Star Moving and Storage for a big family move, and they were fantastic. The movers were patient with my kids running around and took extra care with sentimental items (like my grandmother’s china). They worked long hours to finish in one day and even helped arrange furniture in the new house. Truly a caring, professional team worth every cent!

Highly Professional and Super Reliable!
I’ve moved several times before, but this was by far the best experience I’ve had with Bronze Star Moving and Storage. The team showed up exactly on time and got straight to work. I was impressed by how organized they were; they labeled all the boxes and made sure everything was loaded in the truck securely. They even gave me tips on where to place certain items in the new space to save time during unpacking, which I really appreciated. Nothing was damaged, lost, or even scratched, and they handled my antique dresser with extra care, which meant a lot to me. Overall, they were professional, reliable, and just pleasant to work with. I’d definitely use them again for my next move!

Best Movers I’ve Ever Hired!
I’ve moved several times over the years, and this was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. From the initial booking to the actual moving day, everything was seamless. The team showed up on time, introduced themselves, and got straight to work. They packed my belongings with extreme care, making sure everything was properly secured. What really stood out was how efficiently they worked—without compromising on safety. They even managed to get my bulky couch up a tight staircase without a scratch!
