Moving company in West Palm Beach, FL
From booking to unloading, everything was flawless. The team was courteous, hardworking, and handled my antiques with extreme care. Moving is never fun, but Bronze Moving made it enjoyable. A+ service!
I had a terrific experience with Bronze Star Moving and Storage! The booking process was quick and easy, and the entire move was smooth, seamless, and stress-free. Everything arrived promptly from Florida to DC within 24 hours, clean and undamaged. Bronze Star Moving and Storage truly exceeded my expectations, highly recommend!
I am so glad I found Bronze Star Moving and Storage. Thomas came out to my house and gave me my estimate. I felt very comfortable with him from the start. He was very pleasant and attentive to my needs. While not the lowest estimate, they were one of the lower ones. I booked them for my move and for things out of my control I was forced to delay last minute. They were completely understanding and were happy to reschedule me for another day. When moving day finally arrived 5 men showed up (on time) and loaded up the contents of my house in 3 1/2 hours, drove to my new home and unpacked the entire truck in 2 hours. Impressive to say the least. The men did an incredible job for a very reasonable price and I couldn't have been more pleased. Chloe and his crew were top notch. Highly recommend. My father who made the move with us used a different company and let's just say he had a very different experience. He rued his decision admitting he chose poorly. While moving is an extremely crazy thing to ever have to do, Bronze Star Moving and Storage did an exceptional job and I was very happy with their service. Do yourself a favor and check out this company. Oh, one last thing; they charge you from the time they arrive at your origin and end when they leave the destination. They do not charge you from when they leave their yard to when they return like most companies. This makes a difference to the bottom line. Again. I highly recommend Bronze Star Moving and Storage.
I was genuinely nervous about my move from Boston to Miami, but Bronze Star Moving and Storage made the entire process shockingly easy. From the moment the crew arrived 15 minutes early, might I add they worked like a well-oiled machine. They carefully wrapped every piece of furniture, even taking apart and reassembling my complicated IKEA bed frame without a single issue. What impressed me most was how they handled my grandmother's china set not a single piece was broken! The pricing was exactly as quoted, and they finished loading my 2-bedroom apartment in just 5 hours. The delivery was perfectly on schedule, and the same professional crew unloaded everything with the same care they'd shown during packing. They even helped me position heavy furniture exactly where I wanted it. The only very minor complaint is that one box was slightly dented (though contents were fine), but given how many items they moved flawlessly, this was negligible. For anyone hesitating about hiring professional movers, I can't recommend Bronze Star Moving and Storage enough they turned what I expected to be a nightmare into a completely stress-free experience. Five stars without hesitation!
So I went on a site to get moving quotes and have been spammed nonstop by various companies, some good, some bad, over the past several hours. Here's the thing, I keep getting calls over and over from similar numbers from Florida and specifically Boca Raton. When I finally picked up the phone, the guy was extremely curt when I said to stop calling me and to take me off his list, which he said didn't exist. Desperation doesn't make people want to use someone and while I can't say whether or not this company does a good job with regards to moving someone's things, based on my limited interactions, no thank you.
I recently used Bronze Star Moving and Storage for my relocation from Miami to Fort Lauderdale, and they were fantastic! The team arrived right on time, and they were so efficient and careful with my stuff. They handled my antique furniture like it was their own, and nothing was scratched or damaged. The pricing was fair, and they stuck to the quote they gave me. I also appreciated how friendly and professional the movers were. They even helped me reassemble my bed at the new place. If you’re looking for a reliable moving company in Florida, I highly recommend Bronze Star Moving and Storage!
They harassed me for 2 weeks with message for someone I don't know and every time I tried to call and tell them I don't know who their trying to contact they would hang up on me before I could tell them anything
I used Bronze Star Moving and Storage for my move from Los Angeles to Long Beach, and they were fantastic! The crew arrived right on time, wrapped all my furniture securely, and handled my fragile items with care. They even disassembled and reassembled my bed frame without any issues. The move was completed in just one day, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Jillian was amazing. She kept me updated throughout the process and made sure I was completely satisfied. The pricing was transparent, and there were no hidden fees. Highly recommended for local moves!
It went extremely well. The movers took extra precautions to make sure none of our high-end furniture was damaged and made sure that everything was to our liking. At the end they wanted us to walk through and make sure that everything got done and that we didn’t forget anything so all in all it was probably one of the best moving experiences I’ve ever had!
I found Bronze Star Moving and Storage on BBB along with a few other moving companies and decided to move forward with Bronze Star Moving and Storage based on their reviews and how responsive they were when I was trying to figure out my move from Florida to Las Vegas. They gave me a very great price and made the process so smooth and easy. We scheduled a date for the move and they came and packed up our house and came to our new house in Las Vegas the next day to unload. They were very careful with all of our furniture and did such a great job packing & unpacking everything. I’m very happy with the service and will recommend them to anyone who is moving. Thank you so much again!
