Moving company in Port Saint Lucie, FL
I had contracted this company to handle the move of my items. This company gave excellent, near painless service. The team here was unfailingly polite, thoroughly professional, and went out of their way to make sure that everything went smoothly.
DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! I was speaking to Linsey and Jade and the lack of communication/call backs was baffling. I was given a false estimate, I then was pushed off to new movers, forced to sign a new contract, and after repeatedly calling and texting Linsey, I was completely ghosted. Steer clear and I hope this company gets put out of business so that nobody else has to stay a week on a blow up mattress in their new apartment while their stuff is being “moved” if that’s even what you call this. Horrible value and horrible people, I’d give negative stars if I could
This company provided a door-to-door moving package which was seamless and very easy. Their sales and packing/pick-up team did a fabulous job. Their support team provides regular updates and then the destination team helps with final delivery.
Such a great answer to any problem. I am 75 and needed an office room packed. When I found this company I couldn’t believe that they could do it all! The people that came out were terrific! Very hard working, new how to move heavy furniture, I take every down from the 3rd Floor. Have already used them again.
We have chosen them twice when moving, the first time through hire a helper, the second time based on our great experience with them previously. They are very professional, prompt, efficient, yet careful with your furniture. Great prices, too. I highly recommend this company!
Crew members were very efficient and quick. They made sure my stuff would not get dirty or damaged, so I was very happy with their service. They did not waste time, and that is very important! I would absolutely recommend them and use their services again.
Not a single thing has arrived broken or even dented. Cannot recommend enough. They worked so efficiently that I was really impressed by them. Never did I saw such professional movers in my life ever. Many thanks to all of them for helping so much.
Brite Star Moving & Storage LLC simplified my move process. They took the initiative to visit my house beforehand to provide a reliable estimate. Antonio, the estimator, explained the entire process, including how they would wrap furniture and protect floors. The movers worked seamlessly as a team, and the final cost was lower than the estimate. Thank you, team, for an exceptional experience.
Best moving experience I’ve ever had. Had them load our shipping containers. Super fast and efficient! Couldn’t be happier.
Movers showed up 13 hours late, then didn't finish until 11pm when the initial window was from 9-12. Then the items did not arrive for three weeks when they had told me it would be 3-4 days, and we were missing our desk, and several boxes of sentimental items. When the movers arrived we discovered that we had to sign another contract with another smaller company. We were pressed for time and did not have a choice. We have called several times but neither Brite Star or 365 Movers have been able to help. We paid 2500 for this move and are still missing 1500 worth of items and have no direct person to call to solve this issue. We were sent to a claims website to make a claim where it could take up to 120 days to resolve. This was a terrible experience, do not work with these people, they are frauds.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Brite Star Moving & Storage LLC holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
