Moving company in Port Saint Lucie, FL
I had contracted this company to handle the move of my items. This company gave excellent, near painless service. The team here was unfailingly polite, thoroughly professional, and went out of their way to make sure that everything went smoothly.
Best moving experience I’ve ever had. Had them load our shipping containers. Super fast and efficient! Couldn’t be happier.
I had a great experience, super easy to book and the movers were thoughtful with all the handling. Would definitely use again and would recommend to all my friends. I was also informed about this company through a friend and I cannot thank him enough. Happy customer!
Brite Star Moving & Storage LLC made my penthouse move stylish and seamless. From crystal chandeliers to marble sculptures, they expertly navigated tight spaces and delicate items. They effortlessly disassembled and reassembled designer furniture, making my penthouse move easy.
This company provided a door-to-door moving package which was seamless and very easy. Their sales and packing/pick-up team did a fabulous job. Their support team provides regular updates and then the destination team helps with final delivery.
Movers showed up 13 hours late, then didn't finish until 11pm when the initial window was from 9-12. Then the items did not arrive for three weeks when they had told me it would be 3-4 days, and we were missing our desk, and several boxes of sentimental items. When the movers arrived we discovered that we had to sign another contract with another smaller company. We were pressed for time and did not have a choice. We have called several times but neither Brite Star or 365 Movers have been able to help. We paid 2500 for this move and are still missing 1500 worth of items and have no direct person to call to solve this issue. We were sent to a claims website to make a claim where it could take up to 120 days to resolve. This was a terrible experience, do not work with these people, they are frauds.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to my family and friends. After having a bad experience with the previous movers where they delayed our move for over three days. These movers came in to save the situation. They worked with us every step of the way to resolve all issues, even though the errors were not from their side and it was above and beyond their remit. In particular we are grateful to their team who kept in touch with us and walked us through step-by-step throughout the whole process, they provided the highest level of customer service to resolve the situation.
This is not a moving a company. This is a broker that hires or contracts out to subpar, at best, moving companies in the area that you are moving from. As many of the other reviews have stated, they do not arrive on time and definitely do not arrive on the day of schedule. There is always an additional fee other than what was quoted. Furniture is not stored with furniture coverings and pads as advertised and will sustain damage. They promise three-day delivery and it is 3 weeks. You call for updates, no one knows anything and stop taking your calls. Their practices are misleading and a scam. They are not BBB certified. Additionally, the good reviews that can be found on the internet are fake. They are from the same IP address, again LIES. And of course, there is no refund for the heartache they put you through. If you want to pursue legal action you have to go to Florida to make a case. BEWARE!!!!
Such a great answer to any problem. I am 75 and needed an office room packed. When I found this company I couldn’t believe that they could do it all! The people that came out were terrific! Very hard working, new how to move heavy furniture, I take every down from the 3rd Floor. Have already used them again.
DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! I was speaking to Linsey and Jade and the lack of communication/call backs was baffling. I was given a false estimate, I then was pushed off to new movers, forced to sign a new contract, and after repeatedly calling and texting Linsey, I was completely ghosted. Steer clear and I hope this company gets put out of business so that nobody else has to stay a week on a blow up mattress in their new apartment while their stuff is being “moved” if that’s even what you call this. Horrible value and horrible people, I’d give negative stars if I could
