There was a full house of packed cartons, storage bins, and a few items I couldn’t lift on my own. They showed up in the morning and got straight to work without making it feel rushed. They used thick, padded sliders under every piece of furniture. They even laid down temporary runners in the high-traffic areas. There is not a single mark on our new floors.
1. They never completed the move that I had paid for. I wrote emails, left voicemails, and made over twenty phone calls. My calls were never answered by them. After waiting on hold for more than twenty-five minutes, I was promised that someone will call me back, but that never happened. A move date would not be given more than 24 hours beforehand. I had to hire a professional moving firm, and when Alliance eventually responded—too late—they refused to give me a refund despite the fact that they had not rendered a service. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY.
We had a lot of furniture and boxes to move, and I honestly expected the process to take much longer. The movers worked quickly while still being careful with our belongings. They protected the furniture, labeled things properly and made sure everything was secured. The move was completed smoothly, and I was very satisfied with the service!
