Bad Experience Don't recommend Them

I moved from Texas to Florida. They lost 3 boxes.Broke antique china & crystal. Plus, 55 inch TV. Cody Wendt that works there is a liar. He told me if my things shared trucks with someone else we would split the fuel cost.That didn't happen. Plus the price he quouted me was $9,000 less than I was actually charged. I texted him pictures of all my furniture. I only had 10 boxes more than quoted. Obviously I shared with someone since an expensive guitar was delivered to me. Myra from there is rude. I tried twice to tell her the I gave the guitar to the driver. But she hung up on me before I could. I hope the person it belonged to got it..I don't understand why they loaded my things on two small trucks. When it was delivered. It was one large truck.

Reading this honestly made my stomach turn. There are so many red flags in this story, from the changing prices and delivery information to the extra truck charge and damaged or missing belongings. But receiving a message from one of the movers making those disgusting claims about your daughter’s crib and bed is something no parent should ever have to deal with. First and last time hiring movers because of the bad experience

Went over move, prices, item inventory, etc EXTENSIVELY more than once via phone so there were “no surprises moving day”. The original quote changed drastically but we still tried it due to my health conditions. Moving day they arrived an hour late, added additional charges for things they never mentioned, and upon discussing delivery date I said ANY day but one specific date due to having surgery and they wrote it down- and still called me day of surgery saying they were coming. Had to inconvenience family for drop off and they only sent one individual to unload everything alone. I would’ve rather rented a uhaul myself and drove 800+ miles in my condition than deal with the stress that came with this move for the price charged.
