Reading this honestly made my stomach turn.

Reading this honestly made my stomach turn. There are so many red flags in this story, from the changing prices and delivery information to the extra truck charge and damaged or missing belongings. But receiving a message from one of the movers making those disgusting claims about your daughter’s crib and bed is something no parent should ever have to deal with. I hope you get answers and accountability.

I was very satisfied with the service!

We had a lot of furniture and boxes to move, and I honestly expected the process to take much longer. The movers worked quickly while still being careful with our belongings. They protected the furniture, labeled things properly and made sure everything was secured. The move was completed smoothly, and I was very satisfied with the service!

I was shocked, honestly.

My company hired Brightside Moving Group to relocate our entire office. They worked after hours to avoid disrupting our business. The crew was focused and moved all our computers, desks, and files with great care. Everything was set up and ready to go by the next morning. Our manager was very pleased with how it was handled.

Totally grateful to them.

A friend gave me this company’s number, and I’m glad they did. I was shifting from my rental to a new house across town. The movers arrived exactly when promised and got to work by loading all things in the van. The drive didn’t take long, and the offloading was done before lunch.

I did not expect them to actually do that. 10/10 experience!

What stood out to me was how calm the movers stayed. I was nervous about fitting everything from my flat into one new room, but they made it work. They used space smartly and tied things down securely. My personal things arrived safely. It’s good to see workers who actually care about doing things properly.

Great movers who handled everything with care.

I was impressed by the way the movers handled unexpected challenges during the move. When they came across a tight passage, they didn't force the furniture through or take unnecessary risks. Instead, they carefully considered the best approach and moved everything safely. Their calm and professional attitude made us feel comfortable.
