The move had to be on a weekday during working hours, and we had to take part of the day off. They were very good at communicating; that was definitely a strong point. They told us about each step they took along the way, stopped when they reached the new address and waited for us to arrive to unload the trucks. We didn't have to hover, and that trust allowed us to focus on other things. We’re very pleased!

But receiving a message from one of the movers making those disgusting claims about your daughter’s crib and bed is something no parent should ever have to deal with.
