It was a very smooth experience.

Solid 5 star service for my move. I had a lot of bulky items like a trampoline and a large sectional sofa that needed to be taken apart to fit through the door. The movers brought their own tools and had everything dismantled and loaded in about 2 hours. They were very careful with the upholstery and used plenty of shrink wrap to keep the white fabric clean. It was a very smooth experience.

Reading this honestly made my stomach turn. There are so many red flags in this story, from the changing prices and delivery information to the extra truck charge and damaged or missing belongings. But receiving a message from one of the movers making those disgusting claims about your daughter’s crib and bed is something no parent should ever have to deal with. I hope you get answers and accountability.

I was relieved to find everything in perfect condition.

The guys were at my door right at 8 AM, ready to go. I was impressed with how they navigated the narrow hallway without hitting any of the light fixtures. They spent most of the morning loading the truck and made sure everything was tied down tight so it wouldn't move during the drive. It was a relief to see them take the job seriously and not just rush through it. They even helped me position the sofa twice because I couldn't decide on the spot.
