I highly recommend choosing a different moving company.
If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. My experience with Brightside Moving Group has been so unacceptable that I feel obligated to warn others. My move with this company was one of the bad experiences I’ve ever had. Not only were there multiple issues during the move itself, but I also had to spend significant time, documentation, and money to properly submit a damage reimbursement claim through their required process. My claim was submitted through Anthem Claims, and as of today, nearly four years later, I still have not received the reimbursement I was promised. I was even asked for my Venmo by a representative last year, who confirmed payment was coming, yet nothing ever arrived. Since then, I’ve emailed and called repeatedly and have not received a single meaningful update or resolution. The complete lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through is shocking. If you value your belongings, your time, and your sanity, I highly recommend choosing a different moving company.
