Great movers who handled everything with care.

I was impressed by the way the movers handled unexpected challenges during the move. When they came across a tight passage, they didn't force the furniture through or take unnecessary risks. Instead, they carefully considered the best approach and moved everything safely. Their calm and professional attitude made us feel comfortable.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

It was my first time hiring movers, and I'm glad I did. The crew called 20 minutes before arriving to let me know they were on the way, which I appreciated. Moved everything from the old place to the new one without any damage.

It was handled in a practical, straightforward way.

Brightside Moving Group LLC handled my state-to-state move like pros. Everything was wrapped securely, delivered on time, and arrived intact. Fragile antiques were treated with care, and the process felt seamless from start to finish.

I have no complaints about how they worked.

Everything arrived in solid condition from CO to NJ, and the setup didn’t need any changes. The move involved a weight bench and multiple dumbbell racks. A small trolley was used to roll the plates smoothly, and the load inside the vehicle was spaced out evenly. At drop-off, the rack was placed along the back wall just as I asked.

I was very satisfied with the service!

We had a lot of furniture and boxes to move, and I honestly expected the process to take much longer. The movers worked quickly while still being careful with our belongings. They protected the furniture, labeled things properly and made sure everything was secured. The move was completed smoothly, and I was very satisfied with the service!

Reading this honestly made my stomach turn.

Reading this honestly made my stomach turn. There are so many red flags in this story, from the changing prices and delivery information to the extra truck charge and damaged or missing belongings. But receiving a message from one of the movers making those disgusting claims about your daughter’s crib and bed is something no parent should ever have to deal with. I hope you get answers and accountability.
