Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
Honestly didn't expect much but Brightside Moving Group genuinely surprised me. The guys showed up on time, handled everything carefully, and were done faster than I expected. My fragile stuff made it without a scratch. Really glad I went with them.
Had to relocate some items from my old shed into a new storage space. These movers didn’t need any direction, and they just started working. They loaded heavier pieces first to ensure that they remain safe. The timing worked out perfectly since I had to meet someone afterward. The team from Brightside Moving Group was reliable and professional as they knew how to do their job.
A reliable moving service can save customers a lot of time and stress, and this team seems to understand that perfectly. From careful packing to safe loading and transportation, every part of the process looks professional and well coordinated.
I highly appreciate the service provided by this moving team. From the first conversation to the final delivery, everything was handled in a very professional manner. The movers arrived on time, worked efficiently, and took extra care with fragile and valuable items. They were respectful of our property and made sure everything was properly protected during transportation. Overall, it was a smooth and hassle-free moving experience.
The service was professional from the first conversation through the final delivery. The movers arrived when expected, worked efficiently, and kept us informed during the process. They took excellent care of our furniture and personal belongings and made sure everything was properly placed before finishing the job.
No stress at all with this relocation. The movers handled my shift to a new workspace from AL to NY. They stayed professional, asked clear questions, and followed through on every instruction. Each item arrived on time and was placed where it should be.
Reading this honestly made my stomach turn. There are so many red flags in this story, from the changing prices and delivery information to the extra truck charge and damaged or missing belongings. But receiving a message from one of the movers making those disgusting claims about your daughter’s crib and bed is something no parent should ever have to deal with. I hope you get answers and accountability.
I really appreciated how careful the movers were with our belongings. They used blankets and protective materials where needed and took their time with fragile pieces. Everything arrived safely and in excellent condition.
We had a lot of furniture and boxes to move, and I honestly expected the process to take much longer. The movers worked quickly while still being careful with our belongings. They protected the furniture, labeled things properly and made sure everything was secured. The move was completed smoothly, and I was very satisfied with the service!
The first quote seemed reasonable however 4-days before the move, the cost more than doubled. The justification was that some small items, such as a guitar, was not included in the initial quote and we now needed over 600 cubic ft of space. Long story short, we cancelled this terrible company and completed the move for 360 cubic ft at a cost significantly less than Brightside. Trying to contact sales and qa after paying the deposit was next to impossible. I encourage anyone contemplating this company to check the BBB website to read the significant number of complaints.
