They packed our bed set, dining table, sofa and other items in moving blankets and tied them with furniture cord.

Stated "we are a national company and will not farm out the business". They did. Stated they will not inflate the price on pick up day which they did. We had the exact it ... We had the exact items that were on the estimate list and they attempted to almost double the price, blaming the 3 piece sectional couch, which was on the list. Being in a tough position of being all packed up. We ended up paying more than the quote. 26 days later (they estimated 7) our items arrived and no assembly per the contract, as they didn't have the tools. REALLY? Called for a reassembly refund with no response. Amazed they are allowed to stay in business.
