Great experience with them. Came on time, very responsive, and helped us move a lot of things, they brought a big truck for us and was very experienced with the entire process.
They lied about pricing when they showed up it was $1500 higher than quoted, all movers showed up high and disoriented. They also said 2 boxes with valuable stuff went missing throughout the transport. They denied ever having them. Which they stole it. Never book here!
I was able to get my move scheduled on a very short notice. The guys were nice and professional and careful with the furniture. I’d definitely use Blue diamond movers LLC for my next move!
They did a great job bringing up a heavy dining room table and 6 chairs to my apartment. Both men were courteous and nice,, and were careful with the furniture,
Where do you start? Sales company, moving company, and customer service are all liars. Guaranteed pick up in 2 day window? They show up at 9 pm and ask if you're ready. Then, they send one poor fool for the whole packing and moving deal, and make an excuse that someone canceled. Sorry. Then, they "guarantee" your stuff will arrive 7 days from dispatch date. 3 weeks later, you're just thinking you got scammed and they took your stuff. But don't worry, if you're lucky, they'll delivery it the last day of the contract (21-30 business days) so you can't sue them. When your life arrives, you'll have a lot of items you didn't before, and many missing that you sent. Xbox, ladders, etc. Whatever is worth money will be "lost". But good luck filing an insurance claim, bc the inventory they make just said 80 boxes. Complete scam
They showed up on moving day and suddenly hiked up the price — no reason, no warning, just “this is what it is.” Total bait and switch. The guy who showed up got on the phone and called someone named “Mo” to negotiate a new price. Then they manhandled my stuff like it was trash. My TV arrived cracked, and my YSL purse vanished. When I asked about it, I got the classic “we’ll check the cameras” line — and then radio silence. They ignored my texts and calls like I was the problem. It gets worse: they didn’t even finish the job themselves. They outsourced my move to some random company without telling me, and that driver called me telling me that his truck broke down and asked me for gas money in order to deliver my belongings to my house. Mo was either MIA or feeding me lies. He gave me an 800 number to file an insurance claim— it went right back to him. Then he gave me another number that said Blue Diamond wasn’t even insured with them. Eventually, he claimed he opened a “case” with some guy named Abrahim. Shockingly, I never heard from him either. This company is shady, unprofessional, and completely careless. They stole from me, lied to me, and made my life hell. If you value your belongings — or your sanity — stay FAR, FAR away.
I had a large cabinet that needed tufting my basement shop to my client’s home. The crew did a great job of carefully wrapping and moving the piece. Very responsive. Reasonable cost. Highly Recommended!!

We had a really great experience with Blue Diamond Movers LLC! They were very communicative ahead of our move and flexible with changes - we needed to adjust our move date a week out and they were happy to accommodate. They movers arrived early, were very professional and took great care of our stuff. They would even ask me before using any extra supplies/boxes to ensure I was aware there was an extra charge - not typical for most moving companies. Moving can be so stressful and they were amazing, plus very decently priced as well. I couldn’t recommend these movers more!!filter
I’ve never seen a crew work so slowly in my life. They arrived late and took almost an hour just to start loading the truck because they were getting organized. Once they began, they took frequent breaks and moved at a snail’s pace. A job that should have taken three to four hours dragged on for almost seven, and I ended up paying extra for their inefficiency. It felt like they were deliberately dragging it out to inflate the bill.
