Moving company in Pompano Beach, FL
I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The team was professional, organized, and made everything much easier than I expected. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out.
These guys are fast. I had a lot of random loose items that weren't in boxes, and they just grabbed some bins and helped me clear the garage out in record time. It felt very organized despite my own lack of preparation. They were polite and didn't mind the chaos of my kids running around. All the stuff arrived in one piece, and it all happened due to the great work of this team.
I expected a professional moving team, but instead I got workers who seemed completely unmotivated. They moved one small item at a time, complained throughout the job, and left me feeling like my time didn't matter.
The scheduling process was great, but the actual moving service was awful. The crew wasn't careful with my furniture, ignored my instructions, and took nearly twice as long as other moving companies I've used.
Black Tie Moving Services LLC made sure nothing was left behind, even the small items I almost forgot about.
Overall, this was a poor experience. The movers lacked teamwork, worked without urgency, and turned a simple move into an exhausting day. I expected experienced professionals but left completely disappointed.
The overall moving experience was very frustrating. The company needs to improve its communication and planning. I expected a smoother and more professional service. Unfortunately, I was left disappointed with the experience.
The move was finished by 4 PM today. Three guys arrived at my old house early in the morning, and they stayed until the job was totally done. Everything I own made it to the new address with no problems.
I am glad I chose these movers for my move. The crew was very careful with my boxes. They made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it in the new apartment.
Solid crew. They stayed upbeat even though it was pouring rain the whole time they were loading the truck. Really glad I called Black Tie Moving Services LLC for this.
