Moving company in Pompano Beach, FL
The scheduling process was great, but the actual moving service was awful. The crew wasn't careful with my furniture, ignored my instructions, and took nearly twice as long as other moving companies I've used.
Very frustrating experience. The movers were disorganized, constantly stopping to check their phones, and seemed in no hurry to finish. A simple local move turned into an exhausting all-day event.
Black Tie Moving Services LLC made sure nothing was left behind, even the small items I almost forgot about.
I run a small vintage furniture store. I bought 12 large pieces from an estate sale across state. I needed them picked up and brought to my shop in one trip. The team showed up with a large truck fitted with mattress bags and tons of straps. They organized the truck so nothing pressed against anything else. All 12 pieces arrived in perfect condition.
Ten out of ten. I had a last-minute change and needed to add a second pickup location, my mom's house, for a few extra pieces. I called the office, and they adjusted the route without any issue or last-minute fee. The crew didn't blink when I gave them the new address. They just updated their GPS and went. That flexibility is worth its weight in gold during a hectic move. Highly, highly recommend.
Moving to a new place can be stressful, but the crew made the process much easier. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated my belongings with care. Everything was delivered safely, and I was very satisfied with the service.
Our family had been preparing for this move for quite a while. When the movers arrived, the house was already full of packed boxes waiting to go. They worked through the day carrying things out and loading the truck. After reaching the drop-off they brought the whole load inside and kept working until the truck was empty. Watching the rooms slowly fill in made the new place start to feel real for the first time. It helped take a lot of pressure off a busy day. Anyone looking for a solid team for a business move should give them a shot.
Solid crew. They stayed upbeat even though it was pouring rain the whole time they were loading the truck. Really glad I called Black Tie Moving Services LLC for this.
The move involved transferring equipment between two coworking spaces in different parts of the city. Access times were limited, so timing mattered. The crew from Black Tie Moving Services LLC followed the site rules without needing reminders. Directions were clear and stayed consistent throughout the job.
The building I moved into has its own rules, which can make things harder. The crew handled it without making me step in. They checked in with the front office and then kept moving. I stayed off to the side most of the time. It did not feel rushed, but it also did not slow down. They really made the process much easier and will use them again if I ever need to move
