Moving company in Pompano Beach, FL
Overall, this was a poor experience. The movers lacked teamwork, worked without urgency, and turned a simple move into an exhausting day. I expected experienced professionals but left completely disappointed.
Everything from packing to unloading was handled properly, and I did not have to keep reminding them about anything. Black Tie Moving Services LLC seemed experienced and knew how to manage time well. I appreciate the effort they put into completing the move without any problems.
Black Tie Moving Services LLC made sure nothing was left behind, even the small items I almost forgot about.
I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The team was professional, organized, and made everything much easier than I expected. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out.
The move from TX to NY turned out better than I expected. The communication was clear the whole time, and the pricing was explained upfront. The crew arrived when scheduled and handled the job in a careful and organized way. They paid attention to small details and treated the space with respect. The entire process felt well-managed and straightforward. It was one of the better moving experiences I've had.
The scheduling process was great, but the actual moving service was awful. The crew wasn't careful with my furniture, ignored my instructions, and took nearly twice as long as other moving companies I've used.
If I had to describe it in one way, I would say it felt like everything just flowed naturally. I did not have to step in or correct anything while they were working. They handled about 2 floors worth of items without turning it into chaos. I felt like I could trust them with the whole process.
The moving crew was friendly enough, but they worked far too slowly. They didn't use their equipment efficiently and made the job take hours longer than necessary. I won't be hiring them again.
Solid crew. They stayed upbeat even though it was pouring rain the whole time they were loading the truck. Really glad I called Black Tie Moving Services LLC for this.
Moving to a new place can be stressful, but the crew made the process much easier. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated my belongings with care. Everything was delivered safely, and I was very satisfied with the service.
