Moving company in Pompano Beach, FL
Very frustrating experience. The movers were disorganized, constantly stopping to check their phones, and seemed in no hurry to finish. A simple local move turned into an exhausting all-day event.
All my things are finally inside the new apartment, and the crew did a nice job with the 40 plastic bins. This team was very polite, and they did not waste any time during the whole process.
Moving to a new place can be stressful, but the crew made the process much easier. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated my belongings with care. Everything was delivered safely, and I was very satisfied with the service.
Solid crew. They stayed upbeat even though it was pouring rain the whole time they were loading the truck. Really glad I called Black Tie Moving Services LLC for this.
I had to switch apartments and wanted the move handled without turning it into a long day. The team kept things moving in a calm and practical way. Items were brought in and set down where they belonged, which saved me from rearranging later. There weren’t random mix-ups or delays that slowed things down. The whole transfer from one place to the other stayed under control. Once I stepped into the new space, I could start setting it up right away without dealing with leftover problems.
I was kind of hovering around them the whole time because I'm paranoid about my things, and not once did they make me feel like I was being annoying. Black Tie Moving Services LLC just got on with it, stayed professional, and had everything done faster than I expected.
I liked that the movers were honest and worked at a steady rhythm. They spent 5 hours helping me get settled into my new place. The service was exactly what I needed for this move.
The moving crew was friendly enough, but they worked far too slowly. They didn't use their equipment efficiently and made the job take hours longer than necessary. I won't be hiring them again.
Black Tie Moving Services LLC made sure nothing was left behind, even the small items I almost forgot about.
Overall, this was a poor experience. The movers lacked teamwork, worked without urgency, and turned a simple move into an exhausting day. I expected experienced professionals but left completely disappointed.
