Keep up the good work!

I moved from a condo I owned into a rental property while I look for something new. The condo had sold fast, so I needed to be out in a week. The movers came over, gave me a quote, and booked me in right away. On moving day, they packed up my whole place in about five hours. I had a lot of fragile kitchen items that survived the move without a scratch. They even took apart my bed frame and put it back together at the new place. Great service.

I Am A satisfied Customer NOw

There was a lot going on in my life during this move, so I wanted one thing to go smoothly. From the first call to the final placement of boxes, I felt like the plan was clear. I did not have to repeat instructions. When I began unpacking later, I could see that attention had been given to how things were stacked and labeled. The move felt handled in a practical and steady way.

Bad Service.

The moving crew was friendly enough, but they worked far too slowly. They didn't use their equipment efficiently and made the job take hours longer than necessary. I won't be hiring them again.

Loved them!

Solid crew. They stayed upbeat even though it was pouring rain the whole time they were loading the truck. Really glad I called Black Tie Moving Services LLC for this.

Aweful!

The scheduling process was great, but the actual moving service was awful. The crew wasn't careful with my furniture, ignored my instructions, and took nearly twice as long as other moving companies I've used.

Black Tie Moving Services LLC

This move wasn’t huge, but it still needed to be done right. The team showed up and got started without wasting time. They worked through the place calmly and kept things under control. When all things arrived at the new address, it didn’t look like a dump of random boxes. The team even labeled the boxes, which made the unpacking easier, room by room, and we didn't have to go through the whole stuff to find a few items. That made settling in easier. I would definitely call Black Tie Moving Services LLC again if I needed another move soon.

Stolen ad broken itens.

Overall, this was a poor experience. The movers lacked teamwork, worked without urgency, and turned a simple move into an exhausting day. I expected experienced professionals but left completely disappointed.
