Moving company in Pompano Beach, FL
The scheduling process was great, but the actual moving service was awful. The crew wasn't careful with my furniture, ignored my instructions, and took nearly twice as long as other moving companies I've used.
From the first interaction to the final result, everything exceeded my expectations. The team was courteous, reliable, and focused on delivering quality service. I am extremely satisfied with the overall experience.
Solid 5 stars from me. We moved on a Friday, which is always a nightmare, but they worked through it and delivered everything the same day.
I expected a professional moving team, but instead I got workers who seemed completely unmotivated. They moved one small item at a time, complained throughout the job, and left me feeling like my time didn't matter.
I mostly noticed how they handled the doorways and corners while moving larger items. There were no marks left behind, which was important for me.
Overall, this was a poor experience. The movers lacked teamwork, worked without urgency, and turned a simple move into an exhausting day. I expected experienced professionals but left completely disappointed.
Very frustrating experience. The movers were disorganized, constantly stopping to check their phones, and seemed in no hurry to finish. A simple local move turned into an exhausting all-day event.
Black Tie Moving Services LLC made sure nothing was left behind, even the small items I almost forgot about.
The elevator in my building is slow and usually causes delays. They worked around it by organizing the move in smaller batches, which actually kept things moving at a steady pace.
Moving to a new place can be stressful, but the crew made the process much easier. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated my belongings with care. Everything was delivered safely, and I was very satisfied with the service.
