The moving crew was friendly enough, but they worked far too slowly. They didn't use their equipment efficiently and made the job take hours longer than necessary. I won't be hiring them again.

The scheduling process was great, but the actual moving service was awful. The crew wasn't careful with my furniture, ignored my instructions, and took nearly twice as long as other moving companies I've used.
The movers showed up with 2 large rolls of plastic wrap and used them on every single one of my upholstered chairs. I really appreciated that because I was worried about my white furniture getting dirty in the truck. It was a solid overall professional move.
At one point, I thought something would not fit through the door, but they figured it out without turning it into a big issue. I did not have to step in or suggest anything. Excellent from start to finish!!!!!
I had a very small move that only involved a bedroom set and some kitchen boxes. I was worried a big company would not want such a small job. They were happy to help me regardless of the size. The movers were very efficient and had my bed frame taken apart in minutes. They were very gentle with my mattress and used a protective cover. It was a very simple and straightforward process. I am glad I called them. The price was also very reasonable.
Overall, this was a poor experience. The movers lacked teamwork, worked without urgency, and turned a simple move into an exhausting day. I expected experienced professionals but left completely disappointed.
