Moving company in Pompano Beach, FL
The guys showed up on time and got straight to work on my heavy boxes. They were polite and didn't take any breaks until the job was finished. I’m very happy with how the afternoon turned out.
Once the new workshop was ready, all the power tools and storage bins had to be moved in one go. Black Tie Moving Services LLC handled the metal lathe and drill press with control the whole time. Gear stayed secure, and nothing shifted during the move. Seeing it all arrive safely made the whole day feel easier. Each thing is now set up and ready to go, so projects can start back up without any delays.
The moving crew was friendly enough, but they worked far too slowly. They didn't use their equipment efficiently and made the job take hours longer than necessary. I won't be hiring them again.
I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The team was professional, organized, and made everything much easier than I expected. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out.
Highly recommend this team if you have specialty items. My move included artwork, framed photos, and display pieces. The movers wrapped each item individually and labeled them clearly. They asked where each piece should go before unloading. David double-checked the count at the end. One frame needed extra padding, which they added on the spot. Everything arrived in the same condition.
I expected a professional moving team, but instead I got workers who seemed completely unmotivated. They moved one small item at a time, complained throughout the job, and left me feeling like my time didn't matter.
The scheduling process was great, but the actual moving service was awful. The crew wasn't careful with my furniture, ignored my instructions, and took nearly twice as long as other moving companies I've used.
Overall, this was a poor experience. The movers lacked teamwork, worked without urgency, and turned a simple move into an exhausting day. I expected experienced professionals but left completely disappointed.
Solid crew. They stayed upbeat even though it was pouring rain the whole time they were loading the truck. Really glad I called Black Tie Moving Services LLC for this.
Black Tie Moving Services LLC made sure nothing was left behind, even the small items I almost forgot about.
