Solid crew. They stayed upbeat even though it was pouring rain the whole time they were loading the truck. Really glad I called Black Tie Moving Services LLC for this.
The moving crew was friendly enough, but they worked far too slowly. They didn't use their equipment efficiently and made the job take hours longer than necessary. I won't be hiring them again.

When all things arrived at the new address, it didn’t look like a dump of random boxes. The team even labeled the boxes, which made the unpacking easier, room by room, and we didn't have to go through the whole stuff to find a few items. That made settling in easier. I would definitely call Black Tie Moving Services LLC again if I needed another move soon.

They stayed on task and got the truck loaded in a reasonable amount of time. The moving team listened to my directions about the loading order for the heavy crates. The final bill was exactly what we talked about at the start.
