Moving company in Pompano Beach, FL
I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The team was professional, organized, and made everything much easier than I expected. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out.
The scheduling process was great, but the actual moving service was awful. The crew wasn't careful with my furniture, ignored my instructions, and took nearly twice as long as other moving companies I've used.
My closing got delayed, and we didn't get the keys until late in the afternoon, but they waited for us and finished the unload under the porch lights. Black Tie Moving Services LLC showed a lot of dedication to finishing the task instead of leaving me hanging. I am very happy with the extra effort they put in.
I run a small vintage furniture store. I bought 12 large pieces from an estate sale across state. I needed them picked up and brought to my shop in one trip. The team showed up with a large truck fitted with mattress bags and tons of straps. They organized the truck so nothing pressed against anything else. All 12 pieces arrived in perfect condition.
I had to move my one-bedroom apartment last week, and I was dreading it because I have a lot of books, like three full bookshelves worth of heavy hardcovers. I warned the movers when I booked, and they said no problem, just have them boxed. I had them boxed, but the boxes were so heavy I could barely lift them myself. The two guys who came did not even blink. They carried those heavy boxes down two flights of stairs and loaded them into the truck like they weighed nothing. At the new place, they asked where I wanted the bookshelves and then stacked the boxes next to each one so I could unpack slowly. They finished the whole move in about three hours.
The moving crew was friendly enough, but they worked far too slowly. They didn't use their equipment efficiently and made the job take hours longer than necessary. I won't be hiring them again.
I expected a professional moving team, but instead I got workers who seemed completely unmotivated. They moved one small item at a time, complained throughout the job, and left me feeling like my time didn't matter.
Moving to a new place can be stressful, but the crew made the process much easier. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated my belongings with care. Everything was delivered safely, and I was very satisfied with the service.
Black Tie Moving Services LLC made sure nothing was left behind, even the small items I almost forgot about.
The move involved transferring equipment between two coworking spaces in different parts of the city. Access times were limited, so timing mattered. The crew from Black Tie Moving Services LLC followed the site rules without needing reminders. Directions were clear and stayed consistent throughout the job.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Black Tie Moving Services LLC holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
