Overall, this was a poor experience. The movers lacked teamwork, worked without urgency, and turned a simple move into an exhausting day. I expected experienced professionals but left completely disappointed.
They were about twenty minutes late, but Matthew called to let me know, and then they stayed late to finish everything, so it evened out.
What stood out to me was how they kept track of the number of items. I counted 18 pieces, and everything was accounted for at the end.
