Moving company in Pompano Beach, FL
Black Tie Moving Services LLC made sure nothing was left behind, even the small items I almost forgot about.
I bought a large dining table from a seller online and needed help picking it up from their house. Black Tie Moving Services LLC handled the pickup and delivery. David called me once they reached the seller’s place and confirmed the condition of the table. They wrapped it before loading it. When it arrived at my home, they assembled the legs and made sure it was steady before leaving.
From the first interaction to the final result, everything exceeded my expectations. The team was courteous, reliable, and focused on delivering quality service. I am extremely satisfied with the overall experience.
The movers were friendly and followed my directions about where the boxes should go. It made the day go by much faster than I expected.
My parents are older, so I arranged their move to a retirement community. They had many small decorative items collected over the years. The movers took time to wrap each one separately. They spoke kindly to my parents and explained what they were doing. At the new apartment, they helped position the furniture to match the layout my mother had planned on paper.
Overall, this was a poor experience. The movers lacked teamwork, worked without urgency, and turned a simple move into an exhausting day. I expected experienced professionals but left completely disappointed.
The moving crew was friendly enough, but they worked far too slowly. They didn't use their equipment efficiently and made the job take hours longer than necessary. I won't be hiring them again.
This move wasn’t huge, but it still needed to be done right. The team showed up and got started without wasting time. They worked through the place calmly and kept things under control. When all things arrived at the new address, it didn’t look like a dump of random boxes. The team even labeled the boxes, which made the unpacking easier, room by room, and we didn't have to go through the whole stuff to find a few items. That made settling in easier. I would definitely call Black Tie Moving Services LLC again if I needed another move soon.
I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The team was professional, organized, and made everything much easier than I expected. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out.
I expected a professional moving team, but instead I got workers who seemed completely unmotivated. They moved one small item at a time, complained throughout the job, and left me feeling like my time didn't matter.
