Moving company in Pompano Beach, FL
Very frustrating experience. The movers were disorganized, constantly stopping to check their phones, and seemed in no hurry to finish. A simple local move turned into an exhausting all-day event.
Black Tie Moving Services LLC made sure nothing was left behind, even the small items I almost forgot about.
They were about twenty minutes late, but Matthew called to let me know, and then they stayed late to finish everything, so it evened out.
From the first interaction to the final result, everything exceeded my expectations. The team was courteous, reliable, and focused on delivering quality service. I am extremely satisfied with the overall experience.
Overall, this was a poor experience. The movers lacked teamwork, worked without urgency, and turned a simple move into an exhausting day. I expected experienced professionals but left completely disappointed.
I told Richard needed the kitchen packed last because I was using it until the morning of the move. They adjusted the whole plan around that without any complaints, and it actually made the day go smoothly.
What stood out to me was how they kept track of the number of items. I counted 18 pieces, and everything was accounted for at the end.
The moving crew was friendly enough, but they worked far too slowly. They didn't use their equipment efficiently and made the job take hours longer than necessary. I won't be hiring them again.
I expected a professional moving team, but instead I got workers who seemed completely unmotivated. They moved one small item at a time, complained throughout the job, and left me feeling like my time didn't matter.
I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The team was professional, organized, and made everything much easier than I expected. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out.
