Moving company in Pompano Beach, FL
The scheduling process was great, but the actual moving service was awful. The crew wasn't careful with my furniture, ignored my instructions, and took nearly twice as long as other moving companies I've used.
The moving crew was friendly enough, but they worked far too slowly. They didn't use their equipment efficiently and made the job take hours longer than necessary. I won't be hiring them again.
Moving to a new place can be stressful, but the crew made the process much easier. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated my belongings with care. Everything was delivered safely, and I was very satisfied with the service.
I was kind of hovering around them the whole time because I'm paranoid about my things, and not once did they make me feel like I was being annoying. Black Tie Moving Services LLC just got on with it, stayed professional, and had everything done faster than I expected.
Overall, this was a poor experience. The movers lacked teamwork, worked without urgency, and turned a simple move into an exhausting day. I expected experienced professionals but left completely disappointed.
Black Tie Moving Services LLC made sure nothing was left behind, even the small items I almost forgot about.
My roommate told me to try this place out, and I'm glad I listened. They got my stuff moved much quicker than I thought it would go. Not a single thing was broken or scratched up when we got to the new house.
I found Black Tie Moving Services LLC through an online search, and I picked them because their website did not have a bunch of fake smiling stock photos. Andrew called me within an hour of when I submitted the request form and he asked me simple questions like how many rooms and if I had a piano or anything weird like that. On moving day, the truck arrived, they worked really hard, and one of them carried my washer down the steps alone. I was impressed.
Solid crew. They stayed upbeat even though it was pouring rain the whole time they were loading the truck. Really glad I called Black Tie Moving Services LLC for this.
I liked that the movers were honest and worked at a steady rhythm. They spent 5 hours helping me get settled into my new place. The service was exactly what I needed for this move.
