Moving company in Pompano Beach, FL
My furniture is quite old, and some of it is fragile, so I was nervous about the whole moving process. They wrapped everything carefully, and nothing got damaged at all. I was relieved when I saw everything arrive in the same condition it left.
The moving crew was friendly enough, but they worked far too slowly. They didn't use their equipment efficiently and made the job take hours longer than necessary. I won't be hiring them again.
Overall, this was a poor experience. The movers lacked teamwork, worked without urgency, and turned a simple move into an exhausting day. I expected experienced professionals but left completely disappointed.
Moving day was pretty hectic, but the crew kept things under control. They worked consistently and didn’t waste time standing around. I had some heavier furniture that I was worried about, especially getting it through narrow doorways, but they managed it without damaging the walls. They stayed focused the whole time and made sure all things were set inside the new house before wrapping up. I didn’t run into any problems during the move. The whole load arrived in good shape, and I’m glad I chose this company to handle it.
Solid 5 stars from me. We moved on a Friday, which is always a nightmare, but they worked through it and delivered everything the same day.
Solid crew. They stayed upbeat even though it was pouring rain the whole time they were loading the truck. Really glad I called Black Tie Moving Services LLC for this.
Moving to a new place can be stressful, but the crew made the process much easier. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated my belongings with care. Everything was delivered safely, and I was very satisfied with the service.
The scheduling process was great, but the actual moving service was awful. The crew wasn't careful with my furniture, ignored my instructions, and took nearly twice as long as other moving companies I've used.
From the first interaction to the final result, everything exceeded my expectations. The team was courteous, reliable, and focused on delivering quality service. I am extremely satisfied with the overall experience.
They were about 30 minutes late but called to let me know. Once they got here, they got straight to work. No damage to anything. I'd still recommend Black Tie Moving Services LLC.
