Moving company in Pompano Beach, FL
I usually do not leave reviews, but this one is deserved. James took the time to walk through the apartment with me before starting, which made me feel heard. There were about 25 boxes and several large pieces, yet everything was handled with care. If you are thinking about booking them, just do it.
The moving crew was friendly enough, but they worked far too slowly. They didn't use their equipment efficiently and made the job take hours longer than necessary. I won't be hiring them again.
The movers were friendly and followed my directions about where the boxes should go. It made the day go by much faster than I expected.
My parents are older, so I arranged their move to a retirement community. They had many small decorative items collected over the years. The movers took time to wrap each one separately. They spoke kindly to my parents and explained what they were doing. At the new apartment, they helped position the furniture to match the layout my mother had planned on paper.
From the first interaction to the final result, everything exceeded my expectations. The team was courteous, reliable, and focused on delivering quality service. I am extremely satisfied with the overall experience.
Black Tie Moving Services LLC made sure nothing was left behind, even the small items I almost forgot about.
The scheduling process was great, but the actual moving service was awful. The crew wasn't careful with my furniture, ignored my instructions, and took nearly twice as long as other moving companies I've used.
Our office relocation happened over the weekend, so we could reopen on Monday. The desks, cabinets, and supply shelves all had to end up in the right departments. I walked in the next morning, and people were able to find their things without asking questions. That made the first workday in the new space feel normal instead of chaotic.
Solid crew. They stayed upbeat even though it was pouring rain the whole time they were loading the truck. Really glad I called Black Tie Moving Services LLC for this.
I expected a professional moving team, but instead I got workers who seemed completely unmotivated. They moved one small item at a time, complained throughout the job, and left me feeling like my time didn't matter.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Black Tie Moving Services LLC holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
