Moving company in Pompano Beach, FL
From the first interaction to the final result, everything exceeded my expectations. The team was courteous, reliable, and focused on delivering quality service. I am extremely satisfied with the overall experience.
The movers were friendly and followed my directions about where the boxes should go. It made the day go by much faster than I expected.
There was a lot going on in my life during this move, so I wanted one thing to go smoothly. From the first call to the final placement of boxes, I felt like the plan was clear. I did not have to repeat instructions. When I began unpacking later, I could see that attention had been given to how things were stacked and labeled. The move felt handled in a practical and steady way.
I had a lot of heavy inventory and industrial shelving that needed to be moved to my new warehouse. The crew arrived early with the right equipment for the heavy lifting. They stayed on task and got the truck loaded in a reasonable amount of time. The moving team listened to my directions about the loading order for the heavy crates. The final bill was exactly what we talked about at the start.
I expected a professional moving team, but instead I got workers who seemed completely unmotivated. They moved one small item at a time, complained throughout the job, and left me feeling like my time didn't matter.
Very frustrating experience. The movers were disorganized, constantly stopping to check their phones, and seemed in no hurry to finish. A simple local move turned into an exhausting all-day event.
Just a quick note to say thank you to James for helping me move my art studio. I have several large canvases that were still slightly tacky with oil paint, and I was panicked about them smudging. He found a way to stand them up in the truck, so nothing touched the front of the paintings. Everything arrived at the new gallery space in pristine condition.
I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The team was professional, organized, and made everything much easier than I expected. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out.
The moving crew was friendly enough, but they worked far too slowly. They didn't use their equipment efficiently and made the job take hours longer than necessary. I won't be hiring them again.
Black Tie Moving Services LLC made sure nothing was left behind, even the small items I almost forgot about.
