I called the office, and they adjusted the route without any issue or last-minute fee. The crew didn't blink when I gave them the new address. They just updated their GPS and went. That flexibility is worth its weight in gold during a hectic move. Highly, highly recommend.
I had to move my one-bedroom apartment last week, and I was dreading it because I have a lot of books, like three full bookshelves worth of heavy hardcovers. I warned the movers when I booked, and they said no problem, just have them boxed. I had them boxed, but the boxes were so heavy I could barely lift them myself. The two guys who came did not even blink. They carried those heavy boxes down two flights of stairs and loaded them into the truck like they weighed nothing. At the new place, they asked where I wanted the bookshelves and then stacked the boxes next to each one so I could unpack slowly. They finished the whole move in about three hours.

The building I moved into has its own rules, which can make things harder. The crew handled it without making me step in. They checked in with the front office and then kept moving. I stayed off to the side most of the time. It did not feel rushed, but it also did not slow down. They really made the process much easier and will use them again if I ever need to move
