Moving company in Pompano Beach, FL
I had limited parking space outside, and the team adjusted without making it an issue. They managed the situation without asking me to fix it.
One thing I noticed right away was how organized they were while loading the truck. They were not rushing, but they were also not slow. I was able to focus on cleaning up the place instead of watching over everything. Great service! I am totally satisfied.
I had never used a moving company before, so I wasn't sure what to anticipate. Black Tie Moving Services LLC arrived on schedule, sent a confirmation the day before, and the amount was precisely as agreed upon. Throughout the entire procedure, nothing was unclear. For me, it was a positive experience.
Moving to a new place can be stressful, but the crew made the process much easier. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated my belongings with care. Everything was delivered safely, and I was very satisfied with the service.
Very frustrating experience. The movers were disorganized, constantly stopping to check their phones, and seemed in no hurry to finish. A simple local move turned into an exhausting all-day event.
Solid crew. They stayed upbeat even though it was pouring rain the whole time they were loading the truck. Really glad I called Black Tie Moving Services LLC for this.
I expected a professional moving team, but instead I got workers who seemed completely unmotivated. They moved one small item at a time, complained throughout the job, and left me feeling like my time didn't matter.
Overall, this was a poor experience. The movers lacked teamwork, worked without urgency, and turned a simple move into an exhausting day. I expected experienced professionals but left completely disappointed.
From the first interaction to the final result, everything exceeded my expectations. The team was courteous, reliable, and focused on delivering quality service. I am extremely satisfied with the overall experience.
I didn't have to guess where anything went because Black Tie Moving Services LLC tagged every single box with the room name and a number, which was their best feature.

They were about twenty minutes late, but Matthew called to let me know, and then they stayed late to finish everything, so it evened out.
What stood out to me was how they kept track of the number of items. I counted 18 pieces, and everything was accounted for at the end.
