Very frustrating experience. The movers were disorganized, constantly stopping to check their phones, and seemed in no hurry to finish. A simple local move turned into an exhausting all-day event.
My closing got delayed, and we didn't get the keys until late in the afternoon, but they waited for us and finished the unload under the porch lights. Black Tie Moving Services LLC showed a lot of dedication to finishing the task instead of leaving me hanging. I am very happy with the extra effort they put in.
