Bad Service.

The moving crew was friendly enough, but they worked far too slowly. They didn't use their equipment efficiently and made the job take hours longer than necessary. I won't be hiring them again.

Worst move ever.

Very frustrating experience. The movers were disorganized, constantly stopping to check their phones, and seemed in no hurry to finish. A simple local move turned into an exhausting all-day event.

Quick and Effortless!

Truthfully, I booked them because they were the third company I called, and the first two had already put me off with how they spoke on the phone. The person I spoke to at Black Tie Moving Services LLC was just normal and straightforward and did not read from a script or try to oversell anything. That first impression turned out to be a pretty accurate preview of how the whole day went. It was normal, straightforward, and everything was done properly.

Moving Made Easy

A move across the state is usually a long day, but these guys handled it well. They started by loading the heaviest boxes first and worked their way to the smaller items. I had some concerns about my glass coffee table, but they wrapped it in thick blankets before it went on the truck. Once we arrived at the new house, they helped me position the rugs in the living room, which gave me extra time to unpack other stuff easily. It was a very solid experience, and I will be calling them for future moves.
