Moving company in Blandon, PA
Moving can be overwhelming, but this company made it easy. From the first call to the final box, everything was handled smoothly. They even helped me unpack and set up my furniture! Their expertise and attention to detail were impressive.
Our office move went smoothly thanks to this company. They packed all equipment securely, set up furniture quickly, and made sure we were back to work without delay. Very professional team!
Best US Moving made my transition from San Francisco to Los Angeles stress-free. The movers, Carlos, David, and Michelle, were fantastic! They worked quickly but with great care, ensuring my fragile items were well-protected. They also communicated throughout the process, letting me know where things stood. I was impressed by how smoothly everything went, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone planning a move.
We hired Best US Moving Inc. for both our home and office move. They were prompt, packed everything securely, and got us settled in no time.
I’ve moved several times, but this was by far my best experience. The movers were friendly, fast, and respectful of my belongings. It was clear they were highly trained professionals who cared about their work.
1. I was told one thing on the phone, however when movers came, they said the opposite, for example the movers wanted to charge additional for stairs inside the property, wanted to charge to wrap items or use their packing materials and payment if credit card was given would be an additional fee---this is not what was told when booking move; also reached out to customer service, who said they would handle it on their end, however when mentioned credit card payment, she stated that she doesn't understand why schedulers tell customers the wrong thing, knowing there is a fee. 2. Was told they would show me where my furniture ended on the truck and if it was less space required, money would be returned---this did not happen. 3. Multiple items were damaged, including the paint on door. 4. They left trash, advised that it was our trash now and they couldn't take it with them. 5. One of the movers (Antonio) used the bathroom without asking in an upstairs area that he was not authorized to be in and then when it was brought to his attention, the other mover (Adrian) told him not to worry about it because he had let Adrian know that he needed to go---I again reiterated to Antonio to always ask before going into any customers bathroom--(of course I would have let him use a different bathroom if he would have only asked). 6. WOULD NOT reccommend this company (BEST US MOVING) for moving services, not reliable, nor professional and DO NOT stick by what is stated on the phone.
Moving can be stressful, but Best US Moving Inc. made it so easy. They were organized, professional, and took great care of all my things. I couldn’t be more satisfied!
