Moving company in Blandon, PA
I used their storage services while waiting to move into my new home, and I was very happy with the experience. The facility was secure, and my belongings were kept in excellent condition.
I was on a tight budget, but Best US Moving Inc provided a cost-effective solution without cutting corners. Their service was still top-notch, proving that quality and affordability can go hand in hand.
I hired Best US Moving Inc for a long-distance move, and they exceeded my expectations. Their team was punctual, careful with my furniture, and incredibly efficient. The transparent pricing was a huge plus—no hidden fees! Highly recommend!
I had to move on short notice, and they handled everything quickly and professionally. Despite the tight timeline, nothing was damaged, and the pricing was fair. Great service!
The team was incredibly friendly and worked efficiently from start to finish. They took great care of my furniture and even helped me set up some of the larger pieces. I couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience!
I had to move some antique furniture, and I was worried about potential damage. Best US Moving Inc. handled it with precision and care. Every item arrived in perfect condition. Their expertise in specialty moving is impressive!
The crew was not only efficient but also friendly and easy to work with. They had great attitudes and really cared about getting everything done properly. Moving is stressful, but their team made it a great experience!
I’ve used different movers before, but this was by far the best experience. The team was friendly, fast, and incredibly careful with my furniture. I’ll definitely use them again for future moves!
1. I was told one thing on the phone, however when movers came, they said the opposite, for example the movers wanted to charge additional for stairs inside the property, wanted to charge to wrap items or use their packing materials and payment if credit card was given would be an additional fee---this is not what was told when booking move; also reached out to customer service, who said they would handle it on their end, however when mentioned credit card payment, she stated that she doesn't understand why schedulers tell customers the wrong thing, knowing there is a fee. 2. Was told they would show me where my furniture ended on the truck and if it was less space required, money would be returned---this did not happen. 3. Multiple items were damaged, including the paint on door. 4. They left trash, advised that it was our trash now and they couldn't take it with them. 5. One of the movers (Antonio) used the bathroom without asking in an upstairs area that he was not authorized to be in and then when it was brought to his attention, the other mover (Adrian) told him not to worry about it because he had let Adrian know that he needed to go---I again reiterated to Antonio to always ask before going into any customers bathroom--(of course I would have let him use a different bathroom if he would have only asked). 6. WOULD NOT reccommend this company (BEST US MOVING) for moving services, not reliable, nor professional and DO NOT stick by what is stated on the phone.
