We were very satisfied with Beltmann's help in moving us from NJ to Nevada. It was nerve wrecking for us to move from the East Coast to the West Coast the first time but we are grateful that we chose Beltmann. Out of the 5 moving companies that we contacted, Matthew Simonik from Beltmann was the only consultant who came to our place to give us a quote. The other 4 agents did a video call with us instead. Because of his personal touch, we decided to go with Matthew S. He also quickly gained our trust and confidence by making himself available at all times, even on weekends. He was responsive via texts even on the weekend. Lisa, the coordinator, kept in touch with us throughout the move too. She was very prompt in answering the emails and addressing any concerns. There was a minor miscommunication with the driver who came to pick up our furniture that day but Matthew and Lisa quickly made things right. It took Beltmann slightly over a week to deliver our furniture from NJ to Nevada, in spite of the Thanksgiving holiday. This is a great company who cares for their clients. We will choose Beltmann group again if we move again, and we won't hesitate to recommend this company to our friends and associates.
