Moving company in Chattanooga, TN
The movers canceled my move 10 minutes before they were scheduled to start. Due to lack of employees. Now I will have to pay for a hotel for the night since everything I own is packed. Having to hire a different company for the morning.
I have had a move scheduled with this company for around 2 to 3 weeks now. The move was supposed to be tomorrow and I got a text message today saying that it was rescheduled for a day that we no longer had the moving van. This is absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service. I am now driving halfway across the country with a baby and no help unloading my truck. Luckily, I found another company that is able to step in and unload me last minute. I would not recommend this company to anyone
Great moving experience! Polite workers arrived on time. They were careful with my belongings. Would recommend to any friend.
Movers were extremely professional and prepared to work. They did not waste a second and worked very efficiently. They treated my belongings like they were their own. I felt like a valued customer. I will be using Bellhops services again in the future.
Assembling and dismantling all of our furniture and appliances was a tedious but necessary part of the relocation process, which the movers expertly handled
Our bellhops were awesome! They were careful with everything and Dwayne did a fantastic job heading up the team. He even came by early and helped us figure out our parking situation. Definitely recommend using bellhops!
Bellhop staff is amazing!! I had questions and they answered them, I had a delay and they took care of it. I would recommend the company.
Hired Bellhop to pack a Pack-Rat container. Sloppy, not thought out packing, cost us to have to move alot of heavy items ourselves. Upon unpacking, our dryer door was severely scratched, washing machine top scratched and dented, shattered massage chair remote. Been trying for a week to contact Customer Service. Definitely will never use again or recommend.
Bellhop Moving helped us with moving delicate equipment in-city, and they did a great job! Seth helped us decide the resources we would need; he was super-professional. 5 stars!
Martin and his team worked diligently to ensure my satisfaction while they tackled the heavier lifting, including objects like my wing chairs and refrigerator. Nothing was damaged, thanks to the sturdy packing materials, which performed well over the lengthy cross-country trip.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Bellhops holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
