Read More I have had a move scheduled with this company for around 2 to 3 weeks now. The move was supposed to be tomorrow and I got a text message today saying that it was rescheduled for a day that we no longer had the moving van. This is absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service. I am now driving halfway across the country with a baby and no help unloading my truck. Luckily, I found another company that is able to step in and unload me last minute. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Upon unpacking, our dryer door was severely scratched, washing machine top scratched and dented, shattered massage chair remote. Been trying for a week to contact Customer Service. Definitely will never use again or recommend.

Because the lift was slow and the movers had to wait for around 7 minutes for the lift, the guys did a phenomenal job.
