We hired movers for our house-to-condo downsizing, and it turned out better than expected. They were organized from the start, labeling each box by room so nothing got mixed up. Even our plants made it without any mess. I really appreciated that they kept things calm instead of rushing through the job.
The team was extremely professional and hardworking. They brought all the necessary gear and moved our furniture, keeping everything safe. I appreciated their communication throughout the process and their guidance on where each item should be placed. The move was carried out on time with no hidden charges. Great experience overall.
I wish I could give zero stars. If you are considering using Azimuth Group for your move, please keep reading and save yourself the nightmare I am still living. Upon delivery, the damage to my belongings was so bad that the delivery crew themselves urged me to file an insurance claim. They were visibly embarrassed. They told me the company would make it right — up to the $10,000 valuation on my shipment. That should tell you everything you need to know about the condition my items arrived in. But the damage wasn't even the worst part. Several thousand dollars worth of my belongings were never delivered at all. They simply vanished somewhere between pickup and delivery. When I asked Azimuth Group directly where my property is, I received no real answer. Let that sink in — items that were exclusively in their possession are gone, and they have no explanation. When I filed my claim, I was assured it would be resolved within 30 business days. It took 40, with no proactive communication in between. Their eventual response was to offer $1,000 — an insult that doesn't come close to covering what was damaged, let alone what was stolen or lost. I am now pursuing action through the Better Business Bureau and small claims court. I will not stop until this is resolved. The way I see it, there are only two explanations for how this many items go missing from a shipment: gross negligence or outright theft. Neither is acceptable, and neither should be tolerated by anyone trusting this company with their belongings. Do not give Azimuth Group your business. Do not trust them with your property. You have been warned.
If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. This was hands-down the most dishonest, careless, and unacceptable moving experience I have ever had. Cash went missing during our move. Multiple belongings were broken. They quite literally packed DEAD BUGS into our boxes instead of taking even the slightest care with our possessions. As if that weren’t bad enough, they changed the agreed-upon price just THREE DAYS before pickup—raising it by THOUSANDS of dollars when we had virtually no time to find another company. It felt like a deliberate bait-and-switch designed to trap us once they knew we were depending on them. A moving company is trusted inside your home and around nearly everything you own. That trust was completely violated. Between the missing cash, damaged property, disgusting packing practices, and last-minute price increase, I would never allow this company near my belongings again. Please take this warning seriously: document absolutely everything, photograph your valuables, count your cash, read every line of the contract, and do not assume the original quote will be honored. Better yet, protect yourself and hire someone else. I would strongly discourage anyone from giving this company their business.
Fantastic moving service! The team arrived exactly when promised and handled every box and piece of furniture with care. They packed everything securely and ensured that all my belongings arrived safely. The movers were hardworking, professional, and easy to communicate with. There were no hidden fees, and the entire process was stress-free. I would definitely recommend them.

Had my belongings delivered after my expected delivery date. MULTIPLE items damaged; including a new LG Dryer that looks like it had been dropped off the truck and dented; shattered mirrors, broken patio furniture and a sectional couch that now has holes and missing cushions. I was not advised of any insurance options, but apparently I signed away something that was not stated to me. Therefore I was never discussed the option for full coverage of my belongins. I am only now supposedly receiving 60 cents per pound on damaged items. With that if a new dryer is dented and damaged I will supposedly only receive around $180 for a $1000 new digital machine. This company is very misleading and has a 3rd party supposed insurance affiliate that makes it impossible to submit all of your files, photos and documentation. I have also emailed them and have yet to hear a response. My items were delivered a month ago. If you do decide to use this company that hires random people from the internet to care for you items and to come into your home without interviews and more importantly, back ground checks you should read your contract thoroughly and dont sign anything until you know exactly every word that is in the contract. What they will tell you is the opposite of what you will experience.
Excellent service from start to finish! The booking process was simple, and the customer support team answered all my questions quickly. The movers were polite, hardworking, and very careful while packing and loading my furniture. Everything arrived safely without any damage. They finished the job on time and made the moving experience completely stress-free. I am very satisfied with their service and will use them again in the future.
Was an absolute horrible experience. They did not adequately share the schedule prior to me signing. Then picked up my items from CO and brought them to NY for storage “until a driver and truck became available”. Had no sense of urgency or care to get me my items in a timely manner. Took OVER 30 days before I received my stuff for my out-of-state move. Lived without my items for a month. Finally got my things, with NO discount and some of the boxes were beat up and only 2 people were sent to unload and move my stuff in... Would not recommend!
This is absolutely horrifying. No one should ever have to go through something like this, especially when their children and personal belongings are involved. The fact that a mover would admit to doing something so disgusting to a child’s crib and bed is beyond unacceptable. I really hope you’re able to get justice and that other families see this before trusting this company.
