I was unhappy with how my move was managed. There were delays, and the updates were not very helpful. This created unnecessary stress on moving day. Better planning and communication are needed.
I thought it would be a real pain to relocate my home gym. They were completely prepared. They handled my move professionally.
Excellent service from start to finish! The booking process was simple, and the customer support team answered all my questions quickly. The movers were polite, hardworking, and very careful while packing and loading my furniture. Everything arrived safely without any damage. They finished the job on time and made the moving experience completely stress-free. I am very satisfied with their service and will use them again in the future.
The moving team did an amazing job. They packed everything neatly and loaded it with care. Delivery was on time, and nothing was damaged. Their professionalism really impressed me. Highly recommended.
From different personnel giving me a variety of "correct" but opposite information, to being verbally assaulted by Vlad and then intimidated by Andre, this was one of the worst experiences of my life. It gets worse - many of my boxes were crushed, the finish on my gun safe was scraped off in many places and the inside shelving and racks came apart (even though they'd had staples joining the pieces) so apparently dropped, antique couch scuffed and scratched and broken, my 1904 Kimball upright piano was destroyed, antique globes were crushed, much of my hunting equipment was "lost"... even though I provided them with specifications from the safe's manufacturer and piano specialists, Azimuth denied that their movers could have moved these two items (yep, have pictures). These people are dishonorable and dishonest. They're good at passing customers from one employee to another, trying to confuse the issue or exhaust me. So, they're getting this review here, plus a complaint (already filed) with Indiana Attorney General. They're also going to have a complaint filed with the Colorado Attorney General (where their offices are now, supposedly), Credit Bureau, Federal Department of Transportation (IAG already referred this matter to them, I'll follow up), and the National BBB. Safe Ship isn't good, either. Mac Jean told me "we call all pianos a spinet." He also told me that the Direct Delivery that I payed a LOT extra for meant that my possessions would not be off-loaded between my Colorado home and my new Indiana home; that nobody else's possessions would be in the trailer with mine; my possessions would be set in my new home wherever I wanted them. The stress from this experience made me literally sick for months.
This is absolutely unacceptable behavior from a moving company. Customers put an enormous amount of trust in movers because they have access to their homes, personal belongings, and family possessions. The issues you described would be enough to make anyone upset, but the alleged treatment of your daughter’s crib and bed is especially disturbing. I hope your evidence is preserved and taken seriously.
If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. This was hands-down the most dishonest, careless, and unacceptable moving experience I have ever had. Cash went missing during our move. Multiple belongings were broken. They quite literally packed DEAD BUGS into our boxes instead of taking even the slightest care with our possessions. As if that weren’t bad enough, they changed the agreed-upon price just THREE DAYS before pickup—raising it by THOUSANDS of dollars when we had virtually no time to find another company. It felt like a deliberate bait-and-switch designed to trap us once they knew we were depending on them. A moving company is trusted inside your home and around nearly everything you own. That trust was completely violated. Between the missing cash, damaged property, disgusting packing practices, and last-minute price increase, I would never allow this company near my belongings again. Please take this warning seriously: document absolutely everything, photograph your valuables, count your cash, read every line of the contract, and do not assume the original quote will be honored. Better yet, protect yourself and hire someone else. I would strongly discourage anyone from giving this company their business.
We were moving into a duplex and had to coordinate timing with the people moving out. The crew from AZIMUTH GROUP was flexible, stayed in touch while we waited for the green light, and still got everything done on time. They didn't rush just because things started late. It was a long day, but they remained patient and professional throughout the entire process.
I had a wonderful experience with this moving company. The movers were friendly, hardworking, and efficient. They packed everything securely and completed the move quickly. The pricing was fair with no hidden charges. Very satisfied with the service.
Choosing a moving company should make relocation easier, but this experience was stressful. I felt that better organization and communication were needed. The process was not as smooth as I had hoped. I expected a higher level of service.
