The moving team did an amazing job. They packed everything neatly and loaded it with care. Delivery was on time, and nothing was damaged. Their professionalism really impressed me. Highly recommended.
If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. This was hands-down the most dishonest, careless, and unacceptable moving experience I have ever had. Cash went missing during our move. Multiple belongings were broken. They quite literally packed DEAD BUGS into our boxes instead of taking even the slightest care with our possessions. As if that weren’t bad enough, they changed the agreed-upon price just THREE DAYS before pickup—raising it by THOUSANDS of dollars when we had virtually no time to find another company. It felt like a deliberate bait-and-switch designed to trap us once they knew we were depending on them. A moving company is trusted inside your home and around nearly everything you own. That trust was completely violated. Between the missing cash, damaged property, disgusting packing practices, and last-minute price increase, I would never allow this company near my belongings again. Please take this warning seriously: document absolutely everything, photograph your valuables, count your cash, read every line of the contract, and do not assume the original quote will be honored. Better yet, protect yourself and hire someone else. I would strongly discourage anyone from giving this company their business.
During my move, I misplaced a leaf on a dining room table, broke a TV (which was improperly boxed and did not remove the base and cushion the corners, leaving the screen damaged and the base jammed into place), broke a table leg, delivered someone else's box without explaining the difference between poundage and replacement costs, and sent movers who had a very poor command of the English language and covered up their errors until I started unpacking and closely inspecting. The company simply instructs you to submit an insurance claim, but the delivery signing of the paperwork did not clarify the difference between replacement and poundage (60 cents per pound of lost, damaged, etc.). I have chairs for a dining room table, but there isn't a middle leaf to extend the table, so it's difficult to accommodate eight people. Extremely disappointed.

Five days prior to our move, this firm raised the price to $22k after aggressively winning our moving bid for $12k. Do not utilize these at all; they are a complete hatchet job. After winning the bid, they didn't communicate with us for about two months, and they only did so after they significantly raised the price and it was too late for us to locate another choice.
Excellent service from start to finish! The booking process was simple, and the customer support team answered all my questions quickly. The movers were polite, hardworking, and very careful while packing and loading my furniture. Everything arrived safely without any damage. They finished the job on time and made the moving experience completely stress-free. I am very satisfied with their service and will use them again in the future.
AZIMUTH GROUP INC may offer low prices, but it comes at a high cost. They show no regard for their customers...promising a delivery date and price, only to hand you off to a different shipper who’s completely unaware of the agreed terms. From that point on, you’re stuck dealing with delays and confusion. AZIMUTH GROUP INC customer service is unhelpful at best and dismissive at worst. They take no responsibility, instead blaming everything on the carrier they chose to broker. If reliability, accountability, and basic communication matter to you, steer clear.
I was unhappy with how my move was managed. There were delays, and the updates were not very helpful. This created unnecessary stress on moving day. Better planning and communication are needed.
This is absolutely unacceptable behavior from a moving company. Customers put an enormous amount of trust in movers because they have access to their homes, personal belongings, and family possessions. The issues you described would be enough to make anyone upset, but the alleged treatment of your daughter’s crib and bed is especially disturbing. I hope your evidence is preserved and taken seriously.
