I thought it would be a real pain to relocate my home gym. They were completely prepared. They handled my move professionally.
We were moving our son into his first off-campus apartment, and honestly, it felt more like a family day than a service. The movers cracked a few jokes, helped carry his desk through a narrow hallway, and even offered tips on how to arrange the space more effectively. They made it feel like no big deal.
I was unhappy with how my move was managed. There were delays, and the updates were not very helpful. This created unnecessary stress on moving day. Better planning and communication are needed.
The moving team did an amazing job. They packed everything neatly and loaded it with care. Delivery was on time, and nothing was damaged. Their professionalism really impressed me. Highly recommended.
I needed to move a few large items: a bed frame, a dresser, and a bike, across town, but didn't want to rent a truck and do it solo. The movers showed up right on time, were in and out faster than I expected, and everything was handled with care. They even secured the bike so it wouldn't tip during the ride. Super smooth from start to finish.
If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. This was hands-down the most dishonest, careless, and unacceptable moving experience I have ever had. Cash went missing during our move. Multiple belongings were broken. They quite literally packed DEAD BUGS into our boxes instead of taking even the slightest care with our possessions. As if that weren’t bad enough, they changed the agreed-upon price just THREE DAYS before pickup—raising it by THOUSANDS of dollars when we had virtually no time to find another company. It felt like a deliberate bait-and-switch designed to trap us once they knew we were depending on them. A moving company is trusted inside your home and around nearly everything you own. That trust was completely violated. Between the missing cash, damaged property, disgusting packing practices, and last-minute price increase, I would never allow this company near my belongings again. Please take this warning seriously: document absolutely everything, photograph your valuables, count your cash, read every line of the contract, and do not assume the original quote will be honored. Better yet, protect yourself and hire someone else. I would strongly discourage anyone from giving this company their business.
Choosing a moving company should make relocation easier, but this experience was stressful. I felt that better organization and communication were needed. The process was not as smooth as I had hoped. I expected a higher level of service.

The movers were polite, hardworking, and very careful while packing and loading my furniture. Everything arrived safely without any damage. They finished the job on time and made the moving experience completely stress-free. I am very satisfied with their service and will use them again in the future.
This is absolutely horrifying. No one should ever have to go through something like this, especially when their children and personal belongings are involved. The fact that a mover would admit to doing something so disgusting to a child’s crib and bed is beyond unacceptable. I really hope you’re able to get justice and that other families see this before trusting this company.
