Read More I called in April to reserve a move in June. When moving day came, I called to see what time they would be arriving and they could not find a reservation. It took a while for them to find my deposit that I made in April. We had reserved a two-man crew and what they had available that day was a three-man crew so we did end up spending more than we had planned. Honestly, I was OK with the three man crew and spending more mainly because I was just so relieved that we were still going to get to move that day. However, when the three-man crew arrived of the men who introduced himself as the manager was right off the bat pretty aggressive and had a pretty angry tone, the entire move. It was stressful. When I made the reservation back in April, I actually called twice wants to get an initial quote because I was calling around and the second time to actually reserve. I told them both times that I had a few large plants out on the patio and in the house that didn't seem to be a problem when I called. However, when the Manager guy that showed up who really seemed quite irritated, even before he found out there were plants got even more irritated about the plants, and even said at one point in a pretty angry tone, "This is why we don't move plants". Overall, the experience was not great, and we were pretty disappointed. My friend that recommended them was also very disappointed to hear of our experience. Some good things that I could say about the movers though is that they did work very hard and they moved quickly and we appreciated that. I do wish that the Manager guy would have been more careful with a few things, but it was hot and he was working hard. But the biggest thing I wish is that our reservation had not been lost and that we would have not had to deal with such an angry attitude from the one guy.

Read More This company is absolutely amazing!! I had to move very suddenly I called a few moving companies and was turned down by all of them I called Arizona discount movers and spoke with Stephanie she was absolutely amazing!! She gave me an estimate of pricing over the phone and was very clear on their pricing. She worked with me on the moving date even going as far as texting me when she was off of work to make sure my move was locked in and she was able to squeeze me in on such a short time frame. The day of the move Juan and Nick were the movers, they came with a huge truck they wrapped and covered all of my furniture my TVs they were just absolutely amazing!! Took them only 3 hours one trip and it was about a 25-minute drive to the new house. They moved everything upstairs they did an absolute amazing job they even took a few more items that I forgot to mention to Stephanie when she originally asked me. I couldn't have asked for a better moving company. They made my move so simple and way less stressful and the price was more than fair!! I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends Thank you so much Arizona discount movers!!!

Being prior military, we’ve moved many times and have always had issues with the movers. But, not with these guys. They did a more than awesome job and made it look so easy. Read More AZ Discount movers did an awesome job! Two of the three movers I recognized immediately from when they moved me into that house 4 years ago. It was a relief to know I was again in capable and trusting hands with familiar faces. It says a lot about a company and a team when 4 years goes by and they have the same employees. Super fast, did not waste time at all, but were very careful, respectful, friendly, all the good things! We had a lot to move and lot of heavy items that had to go upstairs. They were serious troopers and a couple of times hesitated and asked “are you sure?” when I didn’t give them the best directions, which my husband appreciated 😂. On top of all of that, completely reasonably prices. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them!
