You better think twice before you use this movers, started on with united van lines they sold off to arena van lines bottom line they lost my triple dresser mirror, 40 inch Samsung Smart TV and the stand it set on and they decided to give us $66 dollars what a job there's more to this story but save your money or give it away because they will destroy your property or just lose it, we can't buy the TV for that money so please don't use these two companies you will regret it I promise you
All my fragile items were stacked at the bottom of a huge pile of boxes. Of course, half of them broke. When I asked about their packing strategy, they just shrugged and walked away.
Arena Van Lines in Waco, TX did an awesome job on pickup. Unfortunately, I went with Interstate and they contracted out Arena Van Lines but I cannot give Interstate the same rating. However, back to Arena. They had 2 workers from UK that work as hard as they could. They took such good care of all of our items as if it were their own. They worked in extreme heat of 107 + heat index and it did not slow them down. We had gotten rid of some stuff at the very end, which should have brought the amount of cu ft. down, and it actually did and they were honest enough to acknowledge this. I wish I knew their names to recommend the actual men. One was an 18 year old with his coach who were both from the UK. Awesome men and awesome job. I just hope to have the same experience on delivery. I wish that we could have the same men here in Rio Rancho, NM.

Excellent and prompt communication. All questions were answered, and the confirmation email was comprehensive. They packed and wrapped our furniture and other stuff carefully. The moving lads were very polite and communicated with us throughout. For the service we got, the rate was very competitive. Overall, we were happy with Arena vanlines and have recommended them to our family and friends.
I live in an apartment complex and my neighbors used them to move out! For the entire day they left all of my neighbors belongings in the hallway which blocked other tenants doors. I had to leave and had to push a moving cart away from my door. Then instead of letting me get the elevator and wait for the next one, they proceeded to squish multiple carts in the elevator giving me an attitude as if I was in there way! I had to leave MY APARTMENT. Second, and of course, they had their truck parked in front of 6-7 parking spaces. It's a small lot, I get it. So of course, I had to get them to move the truck so I could actually leave. When I returned an hour later not only did I have to get out of my car to ask them to move the truck AGAIN but also move all the furniture and moving supplies they threw in my spot. I feel obligated to leave this review because how rude and unprofessional they were!
They moved me from Michigan to South Carolina, the truck they sent didn't have enough room for the load they quoted, so they took what they could. On the return of the second truck, they wanted more money & held my furniture hostage for $2k more. which I had to pay. Buyer be ware!
When I came to get a price quote, the staff quickly noted down all relevant information I provided them. And later quickly sent over someone at my place to examine the amount of things I needed moved. After he left, I received a prompt response on the estimated cost and it was affordable. I wasted no time in hiring their movers! And it turned out to be my best decision. I recommend them highly!
