Moving company in Fair Lawn, NJ
The team was working very well but the truck came later than the time slot and was a little inconvenient. The experience would be improved if there were better time management.
We had to move a couple of heavy items which would not have been easily moved by hand. The movers did a great job and handled the heavier items properly.
I had to move unexpectedly and it was not clear who would be there for me. They accommodated us in their plans and assisted us in moving all our things. I did not have much time to arrange anything and was relieved.
I had been fretting about relocating our big, heavy upright piano but the crew seemed to know exactly what they were doing. They were equipped with special harnesses and knew their way around narrow passages. All was well, we arrived with nothing broken.
My antique furniture arrived in superb shape to my loft condo in DE. The movers disassembled and packed the pieces thoroughly in furniture blankets. After delivery, they reassembled the pieces too without any extra charges. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
I had a lot of bulky items to move, such as my dumbbells and elliptical machine. These movers were really strong and got everything loaded up with ease. These guys are good.
After a thorough comparison of various relocation services, I chose Amex Moving & Storage for their exceptional balance of cost-effectiveness and quality service. They appointed a dedicated relocation coordinator, Malvin, who meticulously managed the entire transition from inception to completion. His consistent communication and updates provided a reassuring sense of oversight and attentiveness to my relocation needs. His professionalism and amiable demeanor instilled a deep sense of trust and confidence in their services.
They knew exactly how to handle our houseplants. They had a different section in the truck with adjustable straps to keep the plants upright. They watered them before and after the move, so they didn’t wilt.
They took the beds and dining table apart and moved them to the new house and put them together. This extra support was very helpful in saving us a considerable amount of work.
All of the wardrobe boxes they brought made moving our clothes right out of our closets a breeze. They did not require folding, they were simply hung on the new closet afternoon.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Amex Moving & Storage holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
